Last Renault Sport Megane produced

The last ever third-generation Renault Sport Megane has rolled over the production line in Spain.

Finished with a Liquid Yellow paintjob, the car is just one of 30,000 third-generation Renault Sport Meganes produced as the automaker ceases the model’s availability.

The car is a right-hand-drive model featuring 19-inch Speedline allot wheels complete with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres.

Inside, the car, which was produced in Spain, there is a Alcantara steering wheel, gear lever and hand brake, Recaro Seats as well as a R-Link multimedia system featuring satellite navigation.

Jeremy Townsend, communications director with Renault UK said: “The Megane Renault Sport has proved popular with critics and owners alike since launch for its focused nature and involving driving experience.

“The UK is one of the biggest markets in the world for Renault Sport models so it’s fitting that the last ever third generation Megane Renault Sport should end up here.”

Launched in 2009, the Megane Ranault Sport has been sold to more than 30 different countries worldwide.
