Mini Remastered to make London debut

The Mini is returning for a limited run and will make its debut at the forthcoming London Motor Show.

David Brown Automotive’s Mini Remastered will be limited to 100 units per year and will set back buyers around £50,000.

Although the car looks like an iconic Mini from the outside, the interior features state of the art technology, including smartphone support.

Each unit is hand-built and it takes around 1,000 hours for the bespoke parts to be put together.

Alec Mumford, chairman of The Confused.com London Motor Show, said: “We are enormously proud to play host to the public UK debut of the Mini Remastered at The Confused.com London Motor Show. The car has attracted much attention from media and fans alike since its launch earlier this month and I am sure it will be a huge draw to discerning Londoners who will be visiting the show.

“This, alongside the truly unique Speedback GT, will amplify the UK’s core engineering base and showcase the latest work from the talented team at David Brown Automotive, whilst helping turn a few heads from show visitors. Both of these cars are sure to be crowd-pleasers at the show this spring!”

The Confused.com London Motor Show will run from 4th May until 7th May and tickets are already on sale.
