Nissan announces new Juke specs

The specifications for Nissan’s new Juke lineup have been revealed.

Drivers looking for Nissan new car deals will be interested to hear the company has released the specifications for the new Juke model.

Priced at £13,420, the vehicle has been described as a "fresh-faced and fantastically funky model" that will reinforce Nissan's dominance in the crossover market.

The new Juke will feature a range of technological and styling features, including a brand new engine line-up, a 40 per cent increase in luggage capacity and personalisation options that give drivers the chance to build on the specifications of the Visia, Acenta, Acenta Premium and Tekna grades.

Drivers have a variety of pricing plans to choose from, starting at £13,420 for the entry-level Juke Visia. This model comes complete with air conditioning, a CD system with MP3 player compatibility, a tyre pressure monitoring systems and daytime running lights among other features.

Another option is the Juke Acenta trim, which is priced at £15,320 and has added benefits such as climate control and steering wheel-mounted audio controls.

The Juke Acenta Premium costs £16,470 and makes use of the next-generation NissanConnect system, which includes satellite navigation, smartphone connectivity and allows the driver to access online apps.

Should they pay £18,020, people can purchase the Acenta Premium with the DIG-T 190PS powertrain. This model contains further upgrades such as 180inch alloys, Nissan’s intelligent i-Key system, electric folding and heated door mirrors, plus push-button ignition.

The final Juke model available is the Juke Tekna, which costs £17,670. Described by the company as a top-of-the-line vehicle, this car comes with a range of luxury features such as automatic headlights, rain-sensing wind wipers and heated leather seats.

It also contains the Nissan Safety Shield, which is described by Nissan as: "Representing a leap forward in accident avoidance, the Safety Shield assists drivers by providing lane departure and blind spot warnings and advanced moving object detection."

Nissan's previous Juke lineup proved highly successful, with sales exceeding half a million across the world.
