Nissan reveals special edition Micra

Nissan has revealed a limited-edition Micra in partnership with BOSE.

Just 3,000 of the model will be produced and be based on the Tekna range of the popular small car.

Buyers will be able to choose from two different exterior colours – Enigma Black and Gunmetal Grey. Each car comes with enhanced orange elements, as well as 17-inch alloy wheels. In addition, each vehicle will be hand-finished in France.

Of course, the main highlight will be the in-car sound system. BOSE latest personal sound system will allow users to tailor their music experience to meet their exact needs.

Marc Mansell, vice-president, BOSE Automotive Systems, said: “We engineered the BOSE Personal sound system to deliver unexpectedly big sound from a limited number of components.

“Using just six high-performance speakers and our latest signal processing technology, the system rewards Micra owners with a superior, fully-customisable audio experience unlike anything else available today.”

In terms of engines, there is a choice of a 0.9-litre 90 PS three-cylinder turbo petrol engine or a 1.5-litre 90 PS turbodiesel.
