Renault reveal new Grand Scenic

Renault has revealed its new Grand Scenic as it continues to update the popular model range.

Buyers will be able to choose from a seven or five-seater version of the new Grand Scenic – both offering 20-inch wheels as standard.

Updates to the vehicle include a special one touch folding seat function that enables the rear seats to be folded with the press of a button to increase loading and storage space.

There are also onboard technology safety features such as AEBS with Pedestrian Detection as standard, as well as an in-car multimedia system with an 8.7-inch display.

Overall, the new Grand Scenic is 24cm longer than the latest version of the Scenic to increase total capacity.

The Scenic has been a core MPV for Renault since its launch two decades ago and it is still a very popular choice for families.

Exact details of the UK specs and price will be revealed before the car goes on sale towards the end of this year.
