Volkswagen’s Amarok pick-up has been given a facelift for 2016, as well as a new engine option.
The updated Amarok will go on sale towards the end of the year and buyers will now be able to select a 3.0-litre V6 diesel option.
A number of changes have been made to the vehicle, including redesigned alloy wheels, a revamped front grille, as well as more comfortable seats and extra dashboard features.
The new V6 will be capable of delivering 550Nm of torque – 130Nm more than the previous 2.0-litre diesel choice.
Prices for the new model are expected to start at around £21,000.
