Jaguar E-Pace makes use of new technology

New technology is at the heart of the forthcoming Jaguar E-Pace SUV.

Each E-Pace will be fitted with a ten-inch touchscreen infotainment system that will offer sat-nav, as well as DAB radio. In addition, passengers will be able to watch TV shows or movies on demand, with wireless remotes and headphones.

A head-up display is also key in most new cars, and the Jaguar makes use of a transparent display projected on to a windscreen, allowing drivers to key their eyes on the road and not be distracted by in-car devices.

Moving on from key-less entry, the Jaguar E-Pace comes with a wristband key. This waterproof device allows for more than just access to the car, it can be used via a Jaguar InControl app to track a vehicle’s location and fuel levels.

Finally, the new Jaguar will offer multiple USB charging points as well as a Wi-Fi hotspot 4G connection.
