Plus, the wheels have been upgraded to 20-inch alloys that are guaranteed to make you feel like the king of the road. Finally, as a finishing touch of prestige, the front grille is topped with the word \u2018Platinum\u2019 emblazoned in silver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inside, the Ford Ranger Platinum Edition is equipped with quilted leather seats that heat and cool to your control.
