Kia releases sketches of new Picanto

Motorists looking for Kia deals will be interested to hear that the manufacturer has released the first design sketches of the stylish next generation Picanto city car.

The vehicle has been designed to stand out from the crowd by Kia's European design team in Frankfurt, led by chief design officer, Peter Schreyer.

Under Schreyer's guidance the next generation vehicle has been designed to break the current city car mould.

Kia believes that the newcomer to its range will provide motorists with confidence, solidity and maturity.

Improvements to the Kia Picanto are the latest in a long line of advances made by Kia as it recently announced it would be introducing a new Soul Searcher, packed with new technology and innovations.

The manufacturer's cee'd range was also improved with a new diesel VR-7 limited edition offering improved fuel economy and reduced CO2 emissions.

Kia’s new Picanto will be officially unveiled to the driving public and media at the 2011 Geneva International Motor Show and will hit the UK market in late spring of 2011.
