Citroen C-ZERO deliveries begin

Motorists looking for Citroen deals will be interested to hear that deliveries of the all-electric Citroen C-ZERO are underway.

The manufacturer is one of the first in Europe to offer an all-electric and is well positioned to take advantage of the government's plug-in car grant and drivers' interest in electric vehicles.

Citroen customers can benefit from the government's £5,000 plug-in car grant via a comprehensive 'peace-of-mind' package for business and private users with the C-ZERO available to lease at £415 per month over four years or 40,000 miles.

The manufacturer believes that the new C-ZERO "provides a stylish, practical, comfortable, safe and economically viable solution to the challenges of urban transport".

Its compact dimensions, tight nine metre turning circle, rapid battery charge facility and range of up to 93 miles, which will cover the majority of day-to-day travel, makes the C-ZERO perfect for travelling around a city.

A network of charging points to connect electric vehicles (EVs) is to be rolled out across the UK, following an announcement by Green Motion at the Geneva Motor Show.
