Peugeot launches new sporty option

Peugeot has launched a new range of sportier options of their base models.

The GT Line will feature 308, 508, RCZ and 208 ranges, with a visually enhanced look to appeal to those buyers looking for something a little different.

Each car will have GT options, including larger wheels, twin exhaust tailpipes, LED headlamps and black and red body trim.

The new 208 GT Line will adopt a number of styling elements seen in the famous GTi model and will be available in a three and five-door version. In terms of engines, buyers will be able to opt for a 1.2-litre PureTech 110hp S&S petrol in manual or an EAT6 (auto) transmissions or a 1.6-litre BlueHDi diesel in either 100hp or 120hp outputs.

Inside, the car will feature black and red sports seats with red stitching, as well as a leather sports steering wheel.

The Peugeot 308 Hatchback GT Line will offer a full range of LED headlamps and rear LED lights. It will also feature 18-inch Diamant alloy wheels and sill finishers help to lower the appearance of the car's stance, while the GT Line signature will appear on the grille, bonnet and front wings.

Buyers will be able to choose from six new Euro engines:- 1.2 litre PureTech 130 S&S 6-speed manual and 1.2 litre PureTech 130 S&S EAT6, 1.6 BlueHDi 120 S&S six-speed manual, 2.0 litre BlueHDi 150 S&S six-speed manual and 2.0 litre BlueHDi 150 S&S EAT6.
