The Seat Arona has been awarded five stars on the Euro NCCAP safety tests.
One of the latest models to be released by Seat has been praised for its high-tech safety systems, as well as its protective design.
The crossover scored 95 per cent on the adult occupancy rating – one of the highest scores recorded in 2017. In addition, the Arona scored 80 per cent in child occupancy.
Autonomous emergency braking and cruise control are included as standard on the base model of the Arona. Optional upgrades available are blind spot detection, rear cross-traffic alert and a tiredness recognition system.
Drivers also may benefit from parking assist to help with bay and parallel parking, and is paired with front and rear sensors to ensure you don’t hit anything.
Prices for the base model start from £16,555.
Seat has also confirmed it is planning to offer a new larger crossover related to the Arona in the coming year.
