Best New Car Deals July 2013

There are some great new car deals on the market this July.

The first half of the year is behind us, and with the new ‘63’ plate release in September only 2 months away, now is the time that many start to begin searching for the best new car deals on the market.

However, it may not pay to wait until September, as right now can be a great time of year to snap up a bargain on a brand new car. A number of top selling cars are due facelifts or re-launches later in the year so manufacturers will currently be looking to clear stock of the old models and will be willing to offer some rather impressive discounts on these cars.

So let’s take a look at the top 10 best new car deals for July 2013:

Peugeot 2008 1.6 VTi Allure
It is quite unusual to get a good discount on a brand new model of car (although the name makes it sound half a decade old already), but new-car-discount.com are bucking that trend with their offers on Peugeot’s new crossover car, the 2008. Complete with rear parking sensors, a multifunction colour touchscreen, dual zone climate control and automatic headlights and windscreen wipers, the 1.6 VTi Allure comes pretty well equipped for a price of £14,717 with a 9% saving of £1,428 off list price.

Vauxhall Insignia 2.0 CDTi SRi
Orders are currently being taken on the new shape Vauxhall Insignia with the first cars due to be delivered in October. When the new Astra was released Vauxhall were desperate to clear stock of the old shape and it is likely to be the same story with the Insignia. Over the coming months we expect to see some fantastic Vauxhall Insignia deals on the market and we have picked the best of the bunch currently available, with a truly impressive saving of £8,134, as the 2.0 CDTi SRi at £15,941 from supplyacar.com.

Seat Leon 1.2 TSI S
Always wanted an Audi but find them a bit out of your budget? The Seat Leon represents a great alternative to the Audi A3 at a much more reasonable cost. In our opinion the Leon is just as stylish as the A3 and with cruise control, alloy wheels, monochrome touchscreen and rear parking sensors; the S trim is very well equipped too. On top of that, the 1.2 TSI engine will go from 0-62mph in 10 seconds, which is pretty impressive for such a small engine. Our pick of the best Seat Leon deals for July is the 1.2 TSI S from discounted-new-cars.com for £13,068 – that’s a saving of £2,602 off list price.

Vauxhall Corsa 1.0 ecoFLEX S 3dr
The Perrys group of Vauxhall dealers have a few of these Vauxhall Corsa deals in stock in various different colours for immediate delivery in July – when they’re gone, they’re gone. The 1.0 ecoFLEX engine offers combined cycle fuel economy of 55.4 mpg and although the S trim is quite basic, it does come with electric front windows and electrically operated door mirrors. Perrys have this Corsa for sale at £8,495, saving £3,130 off list price.

Nissan Qashqai 1.6 [117] Accenta
The Nissan Qashqai was one of the pioneers in the recent growth of the crossover market and you only have to look out of the window when driving to see how popular the Qashqai has become on Britain’s roads. The 1.6 [117] Accenta model we have chosen as one of our best new car deals for July is available to buy from buyanewcaronline.co.uk for £14,390, which represents a saving of £3,700 off list price.

Peugeot 107 1.0 Access 3dr
The Peugeot 107 is perfect for first time buyers. It is cheap to insure, cheap to run, and with this deal from Pentagon Group, we think it will also be one of the cheapest new cars available this July. Despite not being fantastically well equipped (the highlight being a CD player), this Peugeot 107 deal from Pentagon represents great value for money at a price of £6,495 – that’s a saving of £1,600 off the list price.

Mazda MX-5 Roadster Coupe 2.0i Sport Tech Nav
There is still hope that we may get a summer this year and, if it does arrive, this Mazda MX-5 hardtop convertible will be the ideal car to enjoy it in. With 160 bhp and a 0-62mph of 7.9 seconds, you will certainly feel the wind in your hair with the top down. Perrys have this car available for immediate delivery in July for just £18,491, saving £4,794 off list price.

Ford Mondeo Estate 2.0 TDCi 163 Zetec
Due to factory disputes the new shape Ford Mondeo is now not due to be released until 2014, but Ford will be keen to reduce stock levels of the current model ahead of this launch and some in the industry are predicting a face-lifted model will be introduced before the new model is launched. If that is the case then the need to reduce stock levels will be even greater. New-car-discount.com have a Mondeo Estate 2.0 TDCi 163 Zetec available with a 29% discount for £16,435. We will update this page if any other Mondeo stock clearance deals become available during July so be sure to check back.

Hyundai i30 1.4 Style 5dr
The Hyundai i30 represents a great value-for-money family hatchback and is cheaper than the equivalent VW Golf or Ford Focus. This Hyundai i30 Style comes well equipped with 16” alloy wheels, electric folding door mirrors, Bluetooth connectivity, front and rear parking sensors and Hyundai’s 5 year warranty. Buyacar.co.uk have this car for sale at £13,683, saving £3,017 off the list price.

Fiat 500 1.2 Lounge [Start Stop]
The Fiat 500 is undoubtedly a cool car and is perfectly suited to nipping around the cobbled medieval streets around the Campo de’ Fiori in Rome. Unfortunately, you probably don’t live in Rome, but owning a Fiat 500 may just convince people that you are chic enough to. Fiat 500 discounts are normally quite hard to come across and that is why the saving of £1,000 being offered by Perrys, who have the Fiat 500 1.2 Lounge for sale at £10,360, is enough to complete our list of the best new car deals for July 2013.
