Nissan set to launch new LCV range

Leading manufacturer Nissan is set to launch its new light commercial vehicle (LCV) vehicle range at the Hanover Motor Show from September 23rd – 30th.

Those looking for new Nissan deals will be interested to learn that the company will produce three new models every year from 2011 to 2013 in a bid to become a major global player in the LCV market.

Gilles Normand, corporate vice president at Nissan Motor Co, said: "Nissan is deadly serious about becoming a major player in the commercial vehicle world. Despite the current economic crisis we are already selling more than 500,000 units globally. But by the middle of the decade we aim to be producing more than 1 million units annually."

He added that the company is hoping to be selling LCVs in over 90 per cent of the world's market.

Nissan will also launch two new apps for the iPhone, one condenses the user manual into an easy to use format, and the other is designed to allow Nissan owners to keep track of where they parked their car.
