Citroen Survolt will debut at the MPH Motor Show

Citroen fans will be able to see the manufacturer's stunning new all-electric racing car concept at this year's Top Gear Live show at the MPH Motor Show.

The Survolt's extremely rare fully electric drivetrain combines dynamic, sporting performance with environmental condensations which is an important issue to many motorists.

Citroen's first every all electric racing vehicle has been specially developed with compact dimensions and a lightweight frame, with tubular chassis and full carbon bodywork.

The spectacular design features combine to produce a genuine emission free, all electric racing car.

Two electric motors propel the car with a combined power output of 300bhp allowing it to reach 60mph in under five seconds and produce a top speed of 162mph.

Despite such a high top speed and impressive acceleration the Survolt is capable of covering 124 miles thanks to its twin lithium ion batteries boasting a 31kw capacity.

Visitors to the show who are interested in Citroen deals will also have the opportunity to get up close and personal with a production ready version of the DS3 Racing model.
