SsangYong launches Musso pick-up

SsangYong has returned to the Musso name for its latest pick-up vehicle.

Based on the popular Korando Sports pick-up and has a 2.04 square metre load bed – perfect for a standard Europallet.

“Our commercial vehicles represent an intrinsic part of the SsangYong range… and we decided to reintroduce the Musso name to differentiate this superb utility truck from our passenger cars,” said Paul Williams, chief executive officer of SsangYong Motor UK.

Prices will start at £15,995 plus VAT for the SE variant, while there is also the opportunity to additional options such as 18-inch allow wheels, leather-trimmed and heated seats, automatic air conditioning and auto wipers.

Buyers will have a choice of a six-speed manual or a six-speed auto gearbox, with the 178 bhp engine offering a combined cycle fuel economy of 36.7 mpg with 202g/km of emissions.
