What Is the Plug-In Van Grant?

This is done by offering a major reduction in the final price paid by the government. By 2030, all sales of petrol and diesel vans and cars will end, so buying a gas-guzzling commercial hauler is no longer the long-term solution, but with the grant, the government are easing up the upfront cost of going electric early.

How Much Is the Grant Worth?
The value of the grant relies on whether you buy a large or small van. The smaller vans listed above can receive up to a 35% reduction off their purchasable price, up to a maximum sum of £2,500. Larger vans listed above receive the same 35% reduction as the smaller vans, but the cap is set to a higher amount of up to £5,000.
