Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles range set to grow

Volkswagen's Commercial Vehicles range is set for further growth as the manufacturer has announced a number of new products, markets and technologies.

Those looking for new Volkswagen deals should take an interest in the IAA Commercial Vehicles Fair in Hannover as the company will be unveiling a plethora of changes and innovations.

In the past 12 months alone VW has presented three new commercial vehicle models including the T5, the Amarok and, most recently, the new Caddy.

The manufacturer will unveil the new Amarok Singlecab, which has been described as the 'classic workhorse' among the pickups and will hit the UK market in the first half of 2011, at the show in Hannover.

"Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles are concentrating on a profitable course set for growth. We are succeeding in this with new products, new markets, and new technologies", said Dr. Wolfgang Schreiber, speaker for the board of management at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.

The company will also showcase its new Bluemotion technology which requires 0.5 litres less diesel fuel per 100 km and provides many of its commercial vehicles with improved fuel efficiency.
