Mazda is adding more new car deals to its already extensive and successful offering.
The Japanese manufacturer has announced its 2014 model range will be enhanced this spring with the introduction of six new 'Sport Venture' models, with pricing starting from £13,395 OTR.
Three of the new models will be added to the MX-5 stable, there will be two new family-friendly Mazda5 models, while a new Mazda2 five-door hatchback looks particularly exciting.
All of the Sport Venture models have been designed with adventure in mind and feature some eye-catching aesthetics to match. Mazda has added bright alloy wheels, sparkling silver door mirrors and two new colours – Titanium Flash and Deep Crystal Blue Mica. Other exterior differences include the addition of unique badging.
"Our previous range of Venture models proved very popular during 2013, so now we are responding to customer feedback by introducing six Sport Venture models for 2014 with enhanced visual appeal and upgraded specifications, including a higher-performing navigation system with a larger, 6.1-inch display screen," said Peter Allibon, sales director at Mazda UK.
The Mazda2 Sport Venture is fitted with a 1.3-litre 85ps engine and has been packed full of 13 extra equipment items. Car buyers will find 16-inch bright alloy wheels, front fog lights, dusk-sensing lights, rain-activated front wipers and rear parking sensors.
When they open the door, the sporty black cloth trim, leather steering wheel, electric rear windows and climate control air-conditioning are all apparent. Mazda has managed to add all this extra value while still keeping the price below £13,400.
Mr Allibon explained the six new models have allowed Mazda to offer even greater value for money and this, coupled with the advanced tech and the typical "fun-to-drive rewarding driving experience" the company has always provided,
will mean these cars are sure to be very popular with the public.
