Kia prepares to unveil new technology in Paris

Kia is preparing to reveal its new style and technology innovations at the Paris Motor Show, which starts in October.

Motorists looking for Kia deals will be interested to hear that the car manufacturer will showcase the striking designs and new technology on its stand.

At the centre of Kia's Paris stand will be the eye catching, compact and unique POP concept car, designed by Kia's European design team.

Gregory Guillaume, Kia Europe's chief designer, explained that a concept car like the POP could only come from a manufacturer like Kia.

He added: "Designers very rarely have the opportunity to start from a clean sheet of paper and it's great to be in a position to operate with such freedom."

To demonstrate Kia's commitment to minimising its vehicles' impact on the environment, the manufacturers stand will also feature a number of green models, such as the cee'd, Venga and the mild-hybrid Kia Sportage.

Kia recently introduced new VR-7 special editions on the Kia cee'd and the pro cee'd, which offer a high level of specification at excellent prices.
