New IAM and Fiat deal announced

A new Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) and Fiat deal that offers a number of benefits to customers of both companies has been announced.

Under the new partnership, advanced driver programmes will be made readily available to both Fiat retail and fleet customers.

IAM members will also benefit as they will be able to purchase Fiat Group cars at preferential rates.

"This agreement can only help to strengthen our own market communication, as well as encourage Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Abarth owners to benefit from advanced driving skills," said Colin Paterson, director of marketing and communications at the IAM.

Fiat Group Automobiles has signed agreements with a number of other leading organisations recently, such as British Cycling, the Football Association, BSM and Aston Villa Football Club.

Earlier this month, a Fiat 500C limited edition, which was designed in collaboration with fashion brand Diesel, went on sale in the UK.
