New Mazda deals top for consumer satisfaction

Drivers searching for new Mazda deals in the near future might be interested to note that the Japanese manufacturer has been named as the motor industry’s leading brand for customer service for the second time.

The UK Institute of Customer Service Satisfaction Survey – which questions 26,000 people every six months about how they think they have been treated by major companies – awarded its best car company prize to Mazda.

It finished above competitors Honda, BMW/Mini, Toyota and Mercedes Benz in the automotive category and scored a satisfaction rating of 80.6 per cent – five points higher than the industry average of 75.6 per cent.

In its latest study, the Institute of Customer Service found that consumers value the overall quality of the product or service they are purchasing highest, while, friendliness of staff was also found to be important.

Meanwhile, it was revealed recently that buyers of new Mazda deals will now be able to add an insurance package to their purchase.
