New Vauxhall Astra deals are to be presented at a showcase in Paris later this year.
The manufacturer has announced that its new Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer will be available in its showrooms around the UK by the end of the year.
However, it will have its debut at this year’s Paris Motor Show in September 2010.
The carmaker said of its latest vehicle: "The Astra Sports Tourer and its hatch sibling will also be among the first Vauxhall models to adopt Start/Stop technology, reducing emissions and fuel consumption."
It is to be manufactured at Vauxhall’s plant in Cheshire, so those who take advantage of new Vauxhall Astra deals know they are also supporting British jobs with their purchase.
The manufacturer added that almost 30,000 new Vauxhall Astra deals have already been sold during the first five months of 2010.
Earlier this month, Vauxhall stated that it has sold more than 55,000 of its new Vauxhall Insignia deals since the launch of the model in 2009.
